• Flexible Work-Life Balance: 36 hours across just 4 days (between 7:30am-6:30pm, Monday to Friday) – part time hours are considered as part of a job share

Preschool Leader Role:

As our Preschool Room Leader, you'll enjoy the perfect balance of hands-on time with children while guiding your team to create exceptional care and learning experiences:

• Lead by Example: Work hands-on alongside your team, role-modelling best practices in supporting children's development
• Create Magical Spaces: Develop engaging, curiosity-driven activities that inspire children to explore and learn
• Build Your Team: Mentor and guide staff members to recognise and celebrate each child's individual journey
• Build Family Connections: Build trusting relationships with parents, making them feel valued and involved
• Guardian of Standards: Uphold safeguarding requirements, health and safety regulations, and Ofsted guidelines with excellence

Is This You?

• You hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• You have experience working with children aged 6 months to 4 years
• You have experience in supporting and leading a team
• You understand safeguarding and Ofsted requirements inside and out
• You have an unwavering belief that every child deserves the very best start in life
• You're passionate about creating environments where children and teams flourish
