Come and work for us
Hear from our Director Kaye on what it means to be a part of our Little Angels family.
Meet our Lovely Managers, Nicola & Becca.
Our full-time working hours are 4 days per week; either 7.30am-5.30pm or 8.30am-6.30pm each day. Our passion for supporting the team’s wellbeing has been the crucial decider in providing the four-day working week, giving the time to rest and be able to complete any home life activities on their day not with us.
We always ensure that one room is a cosy, learning focused staff room called the ‘Snug’ to allow the team to relax with breaks and to create an environment where parents can discuss with the team privately any concerns or support, they may need. We even ensure the plants we provide in the room are beneficial in reducing stress and anxiety, making our ‘Snug’ the wellbeing room for anyone who needs. We understand that the wellbeing being of our family is important and we provide a service of help line and dedicated space to enable everyone to cope with the stresses of this current world.

At the heart of Little Angels, we place our commitment to our children and team, to nurture their quest for knowledge and empower them to become the best version of themselves. We would achieve this through our forward-thinking approach of The Little Angels DNA (pedagogy).
