Positions Available with Flexible Schedules:

• Position 1: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (hours between 7:30am-6:30pm)
• Position 2: Monday & Thursday (hours between 7:30am-6:30pm)
• Position 3: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-1:00pm (term time only)

The Role:

As a 1:1 Early Years Practitioner, you'll provide dedicated support to individual children who need a more tailored approach to their nursery journey:

• Personalised Care: Provide tailored support to help your assigned child participate fully in nursery life
• Build Special Bonds: Develop a trusting relationship that helps your child feel secure and confident
• Create Customised Learning: Adapt activities to meet your child's specific needs and learning style
• Live Our Values: Ensure every interaction nurtures curiosity and empowers children to embrace their individuality
• Partner with Families: Work closely with parents to ensure consistency between home and nursery
• Guardian of Safety: Uphold safeguarding requirements and contribute to a safe, nurturing environment

Is This You?

• You hold minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 2 also considered)
• You have experience working with children aged 6 months to 4 years
• You understand safeguarding and Ofsted requirements
• You have patience, empathy, and the ability to provide consistent support
• You have an unwavering belief that every child deserves the very best start in life
• You're passionate about making a positive difference in children's lives
